For Standard Shipping, usually ships same day if ordered is placed before11:30 a.m. ET. Orders may be delayed 1-2 days during peak sale periods. Orders containing ORM-D/aerosol items are required to ship by ground per federal law and may take longer

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Shipments within Canada typically arrive within 1-8 business days from the date of shipment. The estimated delivery dates shown during checkout reflect the average shipping time from our warehouse to your Postal Code. Please note these dates are estimated by the shipper and are not guaranteed.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to track your package.
Shipping Policy Disclosure
To protect your order from porch piracy, we include a signature request upon delivery for added security. If you prefer not to have this option, please leave a note during checkout requesting "No Signature." However, please note that without a signature requirement, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery.
Additionally, you can receive real-time notifications and manage your delivery directly through the carrier. Simply sign in to their website to keep track of your package and stay updated on its progress.
Expedited Shipping Options
All expedited orders placed before 11:30 a.m. eastern time (ET) on business days (Monday through Friday) will be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after 2 p.m. ET will ship the following business day. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a postal holiday, it will ship the following business day.
During busy times, such as holidays or site-wide sales, it may take up to two or three days to process an order, but expedited, paid shipping orders always jump the line! Not only will your order be sent via a priority service, it will also be processed before those with standard shipping.
Please note, if weather-related issues cause a delay in your package delivery, we cannot refund your shipping charges. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Signature Required
For skin and hair care we require a signature to be delivered. This means that someone will need to be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. If no one is available to sign for the package, a notice will be left indicating when the next delivery attempt will be made or how to retrieve the package. We are not able to refund the shipping cost if the package was sent to the postal service. The customer is responsible to retrieve the package. Please follow the carrier's instructions to collect the package.
Undelivered, Missing, and Damaged Packages
Lost, Stolen, and Damaged Packages
Please report lost, stolen, or damaged packages to our Customer Care Team immediately so we can begin investigating the issue.
Lost, and or stolen shipments must be reported within 5 business days of the shipment's estimated delivery date.
When reported damaged packages, photos showing damage to the shipping box will be requested at the request of the shipping courier.
False claims of missing packages WOULD NOT be honored. If UPS, Canada Post, DHL, or other shipping services confirms delivery of your package but claim not receiving the package received, we will not be able to provide a refund.
Change of Address
Due to our highly automated system, orders placed are started within minutes of placement, making changes very difficult to implement. For this reason, address changes after an order has been placed are not available. We apologize for this inconvenience.
If you need to change the delivery address of your package and the order hasn't been shipped yet, we would cancel the order and you will need to place the order again using the desired address.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it may be returned to us as undeliverable and a $20 return-to-sender fee will be assessed. Many misaddressed packages are lost in transit, in which case there will be no refund. When there is a fee assessed, it is because we are charged a fee by the shipping service (UPS, Canada Post, DHL, or other) when packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Any shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable, as we do cover some of the costs involved in outbound shipping. To avoid this charge, please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
