Loyalty Program

1. Earning Points

• Customers earn 6 points for every $1 CAD spent, calculated on the order subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
• VIP customers earn higher point rates as detailed in the VIP Tier Structure.
• Points are only awarded for purchases made while logged into a valid customer account.
• Points will be credited after payment is confirmed and the order is fulfilled.
• No points are awarded for purchases of gift cards, unless stated otherwise.

2. Redeeming Points

• Use your points at checkout at a rate of 100 points = $1 off.
• Redemption options include:

• Max redemption per order: 4,000 points
• Cannot combine with select promotions unless stated

3. General Rewards

• Sign-up Bonus: 500 points upon account creation.
• Birthday Bonus: 600 points issued annually on the customer’s birthday (requires profile completion).
• Sample Redemptions: Points may be exchanged for trial-size or deluxe samples (subject to availability).
• Exclusive Access: Members may receive limited-time access to private collections, early product launches, and secret sales.

4. VIP Tier Structure

The Program features 3 tiers based on total lifetime spend. Tier status is automatically updated and confers additional benefits as shown:

• VIP discount codes and birthday gifts may be offered as non-cash incentives to comply with brand pricing guidelines.
• All VIP benefits are non-transferable and valid only while a customer remains in good standing.

5. Legacy Customer Recognition

To acknowledge prior loyalty, customers who have spent:

• $1,000+ historically will be placed into Sapphire Tier
• $1,500+ will be placed directly into Emerald Tier

Eligible customers may also receive a welcome bonus of 500 points to begin using their benefits immediately.

6. Point Expiry & Limitations

• Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned if unused.
• Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carry no cash value.
• Orders that are canceled, refunded, or disputed may result in point reversal.
• We reserve the right to adjust point balances in cases of suspected abuse or system error.

7. Program Modifications

Rejuuv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program and these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page and will become effective upon posting.
